Jim Aile is an acronym for Jean-Marc Legrand, a given name. Jim L are his first initials. He is a philosopher, during daylight, he thinks as a businessman, and when time is worth more, he becomes a painter. Across many experiences, of life, death, cross culturality or deep and passionate loves, he has developed a strong sense of connectivity. He has a great sense for escape and lived, for instance, 5 years in Japan and experienced the highest sense of connectivity, called shintoïsm. Born as a bi national, Belgian and South Tyrolian in the Dolomites,he remains deeply convinced of the inter relations between different time zones in the life experience. He has written a book about the philosophy of time and intends to write more. His painting experience is the opening to a different dimension. A man of many responsibilities, in daylight time, he is a philosopher of colours in spare times.
He thinks art is all about connectivity, at the cross sections between all epicurian and other senses.

Time is the most exciting commodity we dispose upon. Limited but uncertain. It is more than wisdom or money. I love to explore multi dimensional use and values of time. And do not value a minute the same way it has flown. Flows, fluidity and connexions are my sense of life in good humor and compassion. Finally, life is only about energy. The energy you were, you are, you will be. I strongly believe in the hyper connectivity that connects all energies as everything is energy.
